Bounding from the liminal borders of knowing and unknowing comes a transmission of cloudy visions materialising from the residency of Mildred's Lane, occuring in the deep forest of Pennsylvania, USA.

“ In the Cloud of Unknowing” hosted by Prof. Robert Williams and Bryan McGovern Wilson, this zine is the result of the cooperative efforts of artists and fellows of the program Danielle Draik (US, 1991) and Heimir Snær (ICLD, 1993) Metal Men of the Lane encapsulates the concept of the cryptid and its respective site of origin, tying it to ideas of the trickster, the eerie and the uncanny.

Published as a landmark publication celebrating the end of the first year of the MA program at IUA in Reykjavík, 2024.
Owing to the idea of mindless doodling, this zine celebrates the joy of drawing in moments of mindlessness. Catching each artists at a state in between thoughtful moments, each page includes a drawing stemming from serenity, following a line of a whisper of a thought until form finally appears.

Per Solem pamphlet
A sixfold exhibition catalogue published alongside the opening of “Per Solem”, held in Kubburinn Laugarnesi in January 2025. It features a photopolymer print on the cover, drawings of tools used for the project and an endlessly cycling exhibition text on the inside, lasercut onto the paper.
Info on Per Solem: “Per Solem is a part of a continuing project of utilising time measuring devices as art producing objects. Working through different media and ephemera this series of works calls out to various places through time. Going through a daily ritual of collecting stellar evidence, the mundane suddenly becomes loaded with meaning. It is a way of capturing a line and this line is our movement.”
